Review: My take on the book, Intuitive Eating: Intuitive Eating Box Set (2 in 1). This book has taught me so many amazing ways to control my eating. As an emotional eater I have learned, fast and processed foods are not the best. I have learned how to cut out soda and other things. You should never starve. You should always keep your appetite in control with the CORRECT and HEALTHY foods not what is just nearby. I have learned to cope with all my emotions without food. It will NOT be an easy way but I know I can do it. Although this set is a little long and very wordy, it has help me realize what I need to do. It is sure to help others. It also gives you examples of meal plans!
